Dr. Madeeha Malik and Ms. Ayisha Hashmi, the founders of FemPure Global Empowerment & Wellness Society (FGEWS), share a strong commitment to advancing health, education, gender equity and women’s empowerment. Through their work in health research, academia, community engagement and development initiatives, they recognized significant gaps in health literacy, menstrual health awareness, girls’ education, mental health support, and the growing yet under-recognized challenges of body image pressures and eating disorders among adolescents and young women.

Inspired by a shared vision to transform knowledge into community action, they established FGEWS to promote holistic wellbeing, menstrual dignity and inclusive opportunities for women and youth. Committed to breaking social stigma and empowering communities, they continue to lead initiatives that enable individuals particularly women and young people to make informed decisions about their health, education and futures.
