FemPure Saheli Program
Fempure Saheli is a community-based menstrual health and dignity program that engages women as educators, advocates, and local champions of menstrual health. Through Saheli, women are trained to deliver accurate menstrual health education, provide peer support, and facilitate access to menstrual products within their communities. The program strengthens trust, encourages open dialogue, and empowers women to lead change by improving menstrual literacy and dignity at the grassroots level. The Fempure Sehat Saheli Program equips midwives and CHWs to serve as trusted community educators and brand ambassadors, combining free sample kit distribution with structured product promotion. Sahelis introduce Fempure products during home visits, maintain customer databases, and work toward monthly sales targets, ensuring sustained engagement and demand. This proven, scalable model directly links community education with sales growth through trusted, women-led outreach. The model is already operational, with 04 Fempure Sahelis currently working in Peshawar and Rawalpindi, building on a successful pilot previously implemented with CHWs in Rawalpindi and Kahuta. The program continues to expand to additional communities, increasing both reach and sales through direct household engagement.
